<div></div><div><b>Summary</b></div>
<div>This position supports RDI productivity and on-time delivery goals by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies and staging finished product. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy and the movement of material into and out of the warehouse<b>. </b>This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and often has direct interaction with Production Manager, Supervisors and Techs, as well as the Supply Chain Coordinator and Quality Assurance.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:15 PM. Flexible hours are not available.</b></div>
<div></div><div><b>Essential Functions</b></div>
<ul><li>Moves about the work area/building continually, moving materials throughout the production floor. Continuous reaching, stooping, bending, twisting to reach and position materials.
</li><li>Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory, focusing on timeliness and accuracy.</li>
<li>Referring to production orders, locating materials and supplies, accurately pulling inventory from assigned bin locations to support pick/pack operations numerous times per workday.</li>
<li>Maintains an awareness of schedules and deadlines, adapts to changing work priorities throughout the shift.</li>
<li>Ability to operate a forklift in tight spaces to retrieve stored items and stack empty pallets.</li>
<li>Perform weigh counts for WIP returns to inventory.</li>
<li>Maintain warehouse and material handling equipment in a clean and safe condition. This includes pre-use inspection and identifying safety risks, removing empty crates and boxes, packing materials, and other debris from warehouse floor. Keeps shelves, pallet area neat, complying with procedures, rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Consistently uses strength, dexterity, flexibility balance and good body mechanics when performing essential functions. Follows appropriate safety policies and procedures of RDI as well as community and regulatory instruction.</li>
<li>Reports all broken and malfunctioning equipment immediately.</li>
<li>Maintains a good record of attendance and punctuality as defined by RDI&rsquo;s policy. Records all time worked accurately and consistently using the timekeeping method provided by RDI.</li>
<li>Willingly completes other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions.</li>
<li>Ability to understand planned order reports and open order reports generated by Macola.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a forklift certification with RD and operate a forklift.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand design drawings.</li>
<li>Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, weigh scales, etc.</li>
<li>Willingness to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li>

<div>This job operates in a production manufacturing warehouse. May be required to wear common (PPE) Protective or Safety Equipment such as Glasses, Gloves, and Hearing Protection. This role may routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.</div>
