Roles and Responsibilities:*Coordinate employee performance reviews and maintain accurate evaluation records.*Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.*Organize employee engagement programs, celebrations, and internal activities.*Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.*Maintain and update the company&rsquo;s social media pages with hiring updates, staff activities, and engagement posts.*Create and share creative content that reflects the company&rsquo;s culture and achievements.*Collaborate with management for employer branding and online presence.*Be enthusiastic, proactive, and take initiative in planning and executing HR and office activities.Skills Required:*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.*Proficiency in MS Office and HR software*Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.*Creative thinking with interest in social media content creation and branding.*Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and maintain a positive attitude.Experience:*Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration.*0&ndash;3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.*Knowledge in social media management or employer branding will be an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
