 About the Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a highly organized, data-driven CRM &amp; Sales Operations Manager to serve as the business owner for our Go High Level CRM platform across the Realty and Mortgage businesses.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll bridge Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to ensure every lead is tracked, every automation runs correctly, and every follow-up happens on time. You&rsquo;ll drive system performance, enforce accountability, and identify opportunities to make our customer journey even smarter and more seamless.
 
 
 This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys optimizing systems, connecting teams, and turning data into action.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Own CRM performance.
 
 Administer the Go High Level CRM platform across Realty and Mortgage, ensuring accurate data, seamless automations, and reliable workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Design and optimize workflows.
 
 Identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion, timeliness of outreach, and customer experience. Create and maintain documentation of all active workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Enable accountability and visibility.
 
 Build reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear insight into activity, conversion, and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Partner across functions.
 
 Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Technology to align campaigns, data, and integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Test and improve.
 
 Conduct A/B testing of communications and automation logic, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure data integrity.
 
 Maintain documentation, conduct regular hygiene checks, and enforce compliance across users.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Train and support users.
 
 Establish and champion CRM best practices for loan officers, real estate agents, and internal teams.

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>

 3-5 years in CRM management, sales operations, and/or marketing automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Real estate or mortgage experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resourceful, organized, and accountable; thrives on turning complexity into clarity
