Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Dispense, adjust, and repair eyeglasses and contact lenses based on prescriptions from our Ophthalmologists and Optometrists.</li><li>
Educate patients on lens options, frames, coatings, and general eye care.</li><li>
Manage inventory, including ordering frames, lenses, and supplies.</li><li>
Ensure all eye wear meets required quality and safety standards.</li><li>
Handle billing, insurance verification, and process optical claims.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive optical display</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Hold a valid state Optician's License (or equivalent certification).</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of dispensing experience is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of optical products, lens technology (e.g., progressives, high-index), and fitting techniques.</li></ul>
