<div>A local real estate company with a growing property management inventory is looking for a Property Management Bookkeeping Assistant.<ul><li>
Must have experience using AppFolio.</li><li>
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask and deal professionally with Company Property Managers &amp; coworkers both in person and on the telephone.</li></ul> 
A successful candidate would be part of a team that processes bookkeeping for over 1900 residential properties. This position is full-time and in-office. Salary commensurate with experience.
Compensation:
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
A/R and A/P for multiple single-family properties.</li><li>
Data entry of invoices and rent payments (Appfolio).</li><li>
ACH and Direct Debit processing, Check printing.</li><li>
Security Deposit Transmittal processing.</li><li>
New Tenant /Owner contract entry.</li><li>
Digital management of owner and tenant documentation.</li><li>
Shared email communication and follow-up.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Property Management Program: AppFolio.</li><li>
Multitasking in a busy environment.</li><li>
Verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Customer service attitude.</li><li>
Time management/prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Work as a team to achieve common goals.</li></ul>
