This role is primarily marketing-focused but includes a variety of administrative responsibilities that keep our office running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support<ul><li>Cover the front desk/lobby</li><li>Greet walk-in clients and vendors, and answer incoming calls</li><li>Utilize office systems, manage office supplies, and support agents with property listing processes</li><li>Construct email communications for office staff and perform general administrative duties</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Creative<ul><li>Execute digital and print marketing campaigns focusing on consumer experience</li><li>Manage social media platforms and email marketing initiatives</li><li>Write blog posts, perform data entry, and assist with SEO efforts</li><li>Create graphic design materials and other marketing assets</li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver on various marketing and administrative projects</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in marketing and/or administrative support (real estate experience a plus)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and work independently</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and graphic design software preferred</li><li>Professional, reliable, energetic, and eager to learn</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Work with a dynamic, creative, and supportive team in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment</li><li>Opportunity to develop marketing and administrative skills while contributing to a growing brand</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief video highlighting your marketing and administrative experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
