Job Description &ndash; Real Estate Agent (Commission-Based):A highly competitive commission structure up to 55% or depending on the individual&rsquo;s experience and performance. (Commission slabs vary based on level of expertise and may include applicable allowances.)About the RoleRE One Properties is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Real Estate Advisor, with experience in both Off-Plan and Secondary Markets. The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of real estate experience, a strong sales mindset, and a desire to grow within a dynamic and people-focused organization.What we are looking for:<ul><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and career-oriented individuals</li><li>Highly organized, attentive, and passionate about real estate</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team</li><li>Sound knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and sales/marketing tools</li><li>Bilingual skills are an advantage; excellent English is mandatory</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive commission-only structure up to 55%, based on experience and performance (Different slabs for level of expertise)</li><li>Performance based incentive program.</li><li>Residence Visa and Medical Insurance.</li><li>RERA exam, and RERA card support</li><li>A comprehensive and detailed training program to help you maximize your knowledge and earning potential.</li><li>Personal branding on social media platforms.</li><li>Advanced CRM system.</li><li>Professional photographer and videographer.</li><li>Registered with most of key Developers</li><li>Full marketing support and access to all online portals.</li><li>Full administration support.</li><li>Business Communication Allowance.</li><li>Experienced management and leadership with a friendly upbeat work environment.</li><li>A structured career plan in order to achieve your financial/career goals.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Achieve monthly targets as set by management</li><li>Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM</li><li>Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials</li><li>Conduct property viewings and client presentations</li><li>Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate events and exhibitions, while staying updated on the latest local and national property market information and laws</li><li>Abiding by RERA and REONE standards and business codes of ethics</li><li>Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments</li><li>To perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard</li><li>To maintain a high professional profile at all times</li><li>Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike</li><li>Networking with other professionals encouraged in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships</li><li>Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients</li><li>Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team</li><li>Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property</li><li>To actively maintain the company&rsquo;s databases and property portals for upload of data in respect to client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc.</li><li>To have an understanding of the local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e. drafting of sale agreement addendum, MOU, POA, DEWA).
