Your role... 
A strategic leader to provide operational leadership for the MIS Service Delivery Unit, ensuring the effective execution of departmental strategy and the delivery of high-quality technology services to clients. In this pivotal role, you will manage the MGA segment&rsquo;s sub-P&amp;L within Technology Services, driving growth, operational excellence, and the development of innovative service offerings. You will also play a key part in business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to sales pursuits, and expanding revenue within existing client accounts. 
 
In this role you will...
Account Management &amp; Client Success<ul><li>
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, operating environments, and business needs.</li><li>
Drive Strategy: Lead regular strategic meetings with client partners and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and future opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure Satisfaction: Proactively manage the overall client relationship, working closely with MIS teams to resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure service standards are met.</li><li>
Manage Sales Lifecycle: Oversee the sales lifecycle within assigned accounts to drive successful expansions and renewals.</li></ul>
Go-To-Market Strategy &amp; Business Development<ul><li>
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for MGA Technology Services aligned with broader revenue and growth objectives.</li><li>
Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, industry association participation, and trade shows.</li><li>
Pipeline Management: Establish a disciplined prospecting cadence to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.</li><li>
Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of contract terms, partnering with Legal and Business Development to ensure agreements align with business goals.</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Financial Oversight<ul><li>
P&amp;L Ownership: Own the sub-P&amp;L, ensuring revenue, margin, and financial performance targets are achieved or exceeded.</li><li>
Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure delivery excellence, scalability, and the achievement of strategic growth goals.</li><li>
Resource Planning: Align resource planning with sales forecasts using a 12-month rolling demand forecast to ensure appropriate staffing and capacity management.</li><li>
Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing strategy development for new opportunities to ensure proposals are competitive and financially viable.</li></ul>
Leadership<ul><li>
Team Development: Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team by providing effective leadership, recruiting, and performance evaluation.</li><li>
Culture: Support a positive workplace culture by promoting open, solution-oriented communication and teamwork.</li></ul> 
What you need to be successful...<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is required.</li><li>
Industry Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in P&amp;C insurance, including workers' comp.</li><li>
Leadership Experience: 10-15+ years of experience leading a business unit with full P&amp;L responsibility within the insurance industry.</li><li>
Sales Experience: Significant client relationship management and/or sales experience is required.</li><li>
Skills &amp; Competencies</li><li>
Technical Expertise: Extensive expertise in Property &amp; Casualty and Workers&rsquo; Compensation insurance, including coverage, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.</li><li>
Communication: Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and guide clients through decision-making.</li><li>
Client Orientation: Strong client leadership with a commitment to understanding client needs and fostering trusted partner relationships.</li><li>
Business Development: A proven track record of influencing stakeholders and successfully closing opportunities to expand client relationships.</li><li>
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change, including the adoption of new processes and technologies.</li></ul>
Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $145,899-$247,039 The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
