ReSource Waste Services of Ware is a C&amp;D recycling location that utilizes and on-site rail system to ship residual. We are looking for a Laborer with equipment experience. The Laborer with equipment experience will be responsible for the following:<ul><li>Laborer: </li><li>Laborer duties include the following but not limited to:</li><li>Tarping rail cars</li><li>Directing trucks</li><li>Facility site upkeep</li><li>Other assigned duties</li><li>Equipment: </li><li>Operate small equipment such as a forklift and skid steer with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.</li><li>Daily routine equipment maintenance.</li><li>Training on heavy equipment</li><li>May on occasion get involved with maintenance of the facility so any mechanical ability is a plus but not required.</li><li>Training provided on site. ReSource Waste Services of Epping Inc. is looking for Laborers.Requirements:<ul><li>Laborer/Picker: performs manual material separation at the processing picking stations; sort material</li><li>Laborers may on occasion get involved with maintenance of the facility so any mechanical ability along with experience operating small machinery (forklift, Skidsteer, bobcat, excavator etc.) is a plus but not required.</li><li>Training provided on site. Room for advancement.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and work as part of the team. Monday-Friday with periodic Saturdays. Typical work week 40-50 hours.</li><li>Overtime available.</li><li>Positions require that assigned duties are performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.</li></ul>Starting pay based on experience.Flexible background checks.
