 </li>

 2. Market &amp; Sector Research
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Research hotel markets, tourism trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify emerging opportunities in mid-range and upscale hotel segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare market reports to inform investment strategy and risk assessment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Due Diligence &amp; Risk Assessment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the due diligence process on potential acquisitions, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with external advisors (legal, appraisal, and consulting firms) to validate investment assumptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Reporting &amp; Presentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare investment memoranda, board papers, and presentations for the Investment Committee.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce regular portfolio performance reports and variance analyses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Marketing / IR teams with financial data and charts for investor materials.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with Product Specialists to align investment strategy with market insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with operations, accounting, and risk management teams to monitor portfolio performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date databases on hotels, market transactions, and investment opportunities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or hotel asset management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel; experience with Argus or similar platforms is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of hotel operations, valuation metrics, and real estate markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills &ndash; able to translate complex data into clear insights for management and investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
