We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to join our team and support our outbound and community-driven growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn the ins and outs of B2B marketing and sales.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Conduct market research to identify and segment target companies &amp; industries.</li><li>Support lead generation through research and enrichment.</li><li>Execute cold outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to prospects.</li><li>Engage with relevant online communities (LinkedIn, Slack, Reddit, etc.) to build brand presence.</li><li>Assist in planning &amp; coordinating events / webinars to drive awareness.</li><li>Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Strong research and communication skills.</li><li>Interest in growth, sales, or marketing strategy.</li><li>Comfortable with LinkedIn, email platforms, prospecting tools, or willing to learn quickly.</li><li>Fundamental understanding of SEO will be a big plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Business, marketing, or technology background preferred.</li></ul>Candidate Preferences:<ul><li>Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or Technology disciplines.</li><li>Prior experience with lead generation, outreach, or community management is a plus (but not mandatory).</li><li>Passion for startups, B2B SaaS, or digital marketing is highly valued.</li><li>Someone who is data-driven, resourceful, and not afraid to experiment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hands-on training in B2B growth marketing, SEO, and outbound strategies.</li><li>Direct mentorship and learning from the founders</li><li>Exposure to the 0&rarr;1 journey of building a B2B-focused marketing agency.</li><li>Opportunity to work on real client projects and see your impact.</li><li>A collaborative, startup culture where your ideas matter.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 2 monthsPay: &#8377;3,000.00 - &#8377;5,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
