 About the Role:
 
 
 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven experience to join our growing team in Smouha. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Alexandria real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting clients with their ideal properties.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management: Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Property Marketing &amp; Sales: List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties in the Smouha area and across Alexandria. Develop compelling property presentations and sales materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors. Provide clients with accurate market insights and pricing advice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Viewings &amp; Negotiations: Conduct property viewings, showcase features effectively, and skillfully negotiate purchase agreements to secure the best terms for clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing. Coordinate with legal advisors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Alexandria.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of the Smouha and greater Alexandria real estate market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 High integrity and a client-focused approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and own transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant real estate certification or license is preferred.
 </li>
