Position Overview</h4>
The Junior Marketing Designer plays a key role in supporting Reading Horizons&rsquo; marketing and sales initiatives through creative design. This entry-level position is ideal for a designer who&rsquo;s eager to grow, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys creating a wide variety of marketing and communication assets&mdash;from social media graphics to event materials and sales collateral.
You&rsquo;ll work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to help bring our brand to life across channels and ensure visual consistency and impact in all communications.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>
Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including:
<ul><li>Social media graphics and Canva templates</li>
<li>Email and web banners</li>
<li>Display and retargeting ads</li>
<li>Event signage, swag, and giveaway materials</li>
<li>One-sheets, flyers, and other sales enablement collateral</li>
</ul></li><li>Assist in updating and maintaining branded assets and templates for internal and external use.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.</li><li>
Support the creation of visual content for product launches, campaigns, and presentations.</li><li>
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.</li><li>
Organize and manage design files and assets to support cross-team accessibility.</li></ul>

Requirements:

 Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of professional design experience (internship experience welcome).</li><li>
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).</li><li>
Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout best practices.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience and/or demonstrated competency in designing content for print, web, and digital platforms.</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul></div>
