Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape installation technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscaping practices. This role involves installation of retaining walls, patios, sod, sprinklers, plantings etc. You will work both independently and as part of a team to execute landscaping projects efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, trees, and shrubs.</li><li>Installation of patios, retaining walls and all facets of landscape installations</li><li>Operate hand tools and machinery safely to complete landscaping tasks.</li><li>Must be able to lift large heavy objects</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.</li><li>You must have a clean drivers license as you will be required to drive company trucks from time to time</li><li>Must be reliable, responsible and show up on time daily.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in the landscaping industry!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>instalation: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Drivers license with no traffic violations (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Centerville, MN 55038 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
