 Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
 </li>

 This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
 </li>

 Day shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. &ndash; 2:00 p.m., with a scheduled shift every other fourth Saturday.

 As our new
 
 Maintenance Technician
 
 for Real Alloy, Chicago Heights facility, you will install, repair, construct, test, adjust, and service equipment. Our
 
 maintenance technicians
 
 maintain production equipment, plant equipment, electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, buildings and other equipment. All
 
 maintenance technicians
 
 need to be driven by our SAFE culture.

 High school diploma or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of mechanic work required
 </li>
 <li>
 General mechanical knowledge required
 </li>
 <li>
 Good positive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Attendance; Dependability
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn and apply what is learned
 </li>
 <li>
 Work safely and help maintain a safe work environment
