Position Overview:The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support for interior fit-out and gypsum-related projects. This role requires a strong understanding of interior construction materials, project sales, and client needs within the fit-out industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the gypsum and interior fit-out sector.</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and project follow-up.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to clients.</li><li>Work closely with consultants, contractors, and architects to specify company products.</li><li>Provide accurate cost estimations, quotations, and proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure project requirements are met.</li><li>Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the interior industry.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural) or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of sales experience in gypsum, fit-out, or construction materials.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of interior systems (ceilings, partitions, drywall, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExpected Start Date: 06/11/2025
