We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team and support our growing portfolio of innovative interior solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts for gypsum ceilings, partitions, joinery, and interior fit-out works.</li><li>Convert concepts, sketches, and site measurements into accurate CAD drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings adhere to project requirements.</li><li>Review and update drawings in line with design changes or site conditions.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.</li><li>Maintain drawing logs, revision records, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of Plant swift, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting tools is a plus.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Gypsum &amp; Interior Fit-Out drafting.</li><li>Strong understanding of gypsum ceiling systems, partition details, joinery elements, and interior finishing.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
