We&rsquo;re seeking a Delivery Management Lead to drive the execution and evolution of our clients&rsquo; digital marketing ecosystem projects. This role serves as a technical anchor within the Technology team, aligning our client deliverables on implementation of marketing platforms, workflow processes, and data integration efforts. You'll work cross-functionally to solve problems, operationalize new processes, and develop standards for productization of technical processes.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices&mdash;including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville&mdash;or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Project Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Technical Project Manager maintaining tech team status, communication and tracking deliverables for project team members.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Services, Finance and Technology Engineering teams to build WBS, plan technical scenarios, and track risks and issues</li>
<li>Conduct client status calls and track all client deliverables</li>
<li>Accountable for maintaining technical design documentation, process workflows, RACI matrices.</li>
</ul></li><li>Omnichannel Platform Delivery Oversight: Own and manage Delivery needs of digital marketing platforms to clients:</li>
<li><ul><li>Manage delivery timelines: Should be familiar with technologies and integrations we typically deliver to clients: Email CRM (SFMC, Marketo, Hubspot), Website development and CMS&rsquo; (Drupal, Wordpress, .NET), Sales Management platforms (Veeva CRM/Vault), Data Privacy management (OneTrust)</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with technical teams on data management installations and maintenace: Familiarity with several SQL-based systems (Snowflake, AWS), API integrations (Boomi, JSON payloads) and understanding how these are utilized in marketing communication platforms.</li>
</ul></li><li>Operational Excellence:</li>
<li><ul><li>Develop and maintain timelines, operational standards, checklists, and documentation for consistent execution.</li>
<li>Develop SOW&rsquo;s for client requests, including deliverables, assumptions and staff estimates.</li>
<li>Assist in capturing business requirements from client meetings and documentation.</li>
<li>Work with business teams on productizing and improving technology implementation and execution best practices.</li>
</ul></li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration:</li>
<li><ul><li>Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk awareness in all technical communications.</li>
</ul></li>
</ul>What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li><ul><li>10+ years in digital marketing technical project management</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading workflow/process improvement initiatives</li>
</ul></li><li>Technical &amp; Strategic Skills:</li>
<li><ul><li>Strong technical and business understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and associated tech/data infrastructure</li>
<li>Strong understanding and experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and the practical strengths and weaknesses of each.</li>
<li>Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments</li>
<li>Fluent in JIRA, MS Office and Copilot</li>
</ul></li></ul><ul><li>Certifications (preferred):</li>
<li><ul><li>Marketing Automation (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Platform Tools)</li>
<li>Project Management (PMP or CSM)</li>
<li>Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma &ndash; Yellow Belt or higher)</li>

Pay Range: $110,000 - $140,000

The Role:

We&rsquo;re looking for a content-obsessed, trend-savvy, swipe-stopping Content Specialist to bring fresh energy to our high-performing Social Media team. You&rsquo;ll create platform-native content that blends brand goals, real healthcare impact, and what&rsquo;s actually working on social. 


This is your chance to make health feel less clinical and more human, using your design chops, storytelling instincts, and cultural fluency to create scroll-worthy work that performs. Think: TikTok edits that explain the science and get shared. Instagram carousels that inform without boring. And LinkedIn posts that even non-HCPs want to save.

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

<li>Create and design standout social content (static, video, motion) tailored and unique to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and beyond
</li>
<li>Turn complex (sometimes science-y) info into clean, creative stories that hit for both consumers and professionals
</li>
<li>Collaborate with strategy, editorial, and design to develop concepts and formats that break through
</li>
<li>Remix master brand assets into platform-friendly posts keeping things on-brand, on-voice, and within regulatory guardrails
</li>
<li>Jump on trends, culture moments, and reactive content ops without skipping a beat
</li>
<li>Bring consumer social energy when working with our agency influencer team, Starpower
</li>
<li>Use Canva like a pro (plus bonus points if you're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma)
</li>
<li>Contribute to new business and pitch work with agile social-by-design creative that shows what we&rsquo;re capable of
</li>
<li>Stay plugged into emerging formats, design inspo, platform changes, and what&rsquo;s next in the digital health space</li></ul> 

 Who you are:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of content creation experience (agency, freelance, in-house doesn&rsquo;t matter as long as you&rsquo;ve got the receipts)
</li>
<li>Naturally fluent in what works on social and why (you probably have a saved folder full of reference posts)
</li>
<li>Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or all of the above
</li>
<li>Able to translate complex topics into content that informs and engages
</li>
<li>Organized, fast-moving, and unfazed by multiple workstreams or deadlines
</li>
<li>Passionate about creativity with purpose and how digital content can actually drive better health outcomes</li></ul>

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000
