Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service in both Arabic and English.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.</li><li>Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.</li><li>Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.</li><li>Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken OR /and written).</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What's your notice period?
