Unlike many telehealth companies, Real Help hires clinicians as W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary</li></ul>

Who You Are: 

<ul><li>Registered Intern or Independently Licensed Clinician in Florida</li></ul>
<ul><li>Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload</li></ul>
<ul><li>Availability that includes some evenings or weekends</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong documentation and time-management skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be able to pass background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse - https://info.flclearinghouse.com</li></ul>
<ul><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.</li></ul>
