The Golf Course Greenskeeper will assist with the golf operations and services, including golf course maintenance, day-to-day operation of the Golf Courses, Golf Course Maintenance Department, Pro Shop, Driving Range, etc.</div></div><p>

Position: Maintenance Technician</b></h3><p>
The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and overall appearance of community properties. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, this role focuses on preventative care, timely repairs, and creating a well-maintained environment for residents.</p><p><b>

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment.</li><li>
Manage and complete work orders through the work order system.</li><li>
Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.</li><li>
Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings.</li><li>
Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager.</li><li>

The Financial Manager is responsible for providing general ledger, cash management, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, customized reports, and financial management consultation services for a portfolio of elite onsite and high-rise community association clients. This position will interface with the General Managers, Director of Association Management, Regional Vice Presidents of Onsite Management, community association Board of Directors and third-party service providers on financial matters. This is a &quot;hands-on&quot; position from an accounting perspective. The Financial Manager will report directly to the Financial Director.</p><div><div><b>
