<ul>⁠<li>Inbound/Outbound communication via phone, email, and text.⁠</li>
<li>Maintaining Daily Account Relationships⁠</li>
<li>Assisting the Leasing Team in Screening Applicants, &mdash;Document Fulfillment, Showing, and Marketing.⁠</li>
<li>Assist the Maintenance Team in Scheduling and Coordinating Maintenance</li>
<li>Requests/Projects and Managing a Large Portion of our Inspection System.</li>
<li>⁠Assist the Management Team in Various Administrative Tasks Including Professional Correspondence, Banking/Accounting, and Internal Communication.⁠</li>
<li>Various Office Management Duties Including Light Cleaning, Inbound/Outbound Mail, and Occasional Errands. ⁠⁠</li>
</ul><div>QUALIFICATIONS: ⁠</div>
<ul><li>Keyboard and office software skills⁠</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills⁠</li>
<li>Strong customer service skills⁠</li>
<li>Highly motivated with initiative⁠</li>
<li>Prior Real Estate experience, a plus⁠</li>

<div>Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour</div>
