Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administration Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and enhance overall office efficiency. As an Administration Assistant, you will be in a supportive role of our Youth League Supervisor. Our Youth League Supervisor is responsible for creating schedules, dealing with conflict requests, ensuring Staff support for the weekend ahead, prepping our Referee Assignor for the upcoming soccer games, and much much more. The role we are looking to fill includes communicating directly with our Youth League Supervisor and to customers to ensure they are receiving optimal response times, as our Supervisor is busy with other tasks.Duties<ul><li>Manage emails and phone calls for questions about our Youth League Season.</li><li>Providing strong communication with our Youth League Supervisor in order to deliver seamless customer service to our customers.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.</li><li>Familiarity with office management procedures including filing systems, email etiquette, and strong customer service.</li><li>Background in competitive soccer in DFW Area.</li></ul>Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Frisco, TX 75033
