Business Development<ul><li>Identify and pursue new project opportunities within corporate offices, residential villas, hospitality, and retail sectors</li><li>Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project managers, and corporate clients</li><li>Proactively generate leads through networking, industry contacts, and market research</li><li>Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and project discussions</li></ul>2. Sales &amp; Deal Closure<ul><li>Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to contract signing</li><li>Present the company&rsquo;s design and build capabilities to potential clients</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals and presentations</li><li>Participate in commercial negotiations with clients</li><li>Ensure the department focuses on closing deals and converting opportunities into projects</li></ul>3. Sales Pipeline Management<ul><li>Maintain a structured sales pipeline of potential projects</li><li>Track opportunities from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation, and award stage</li><li>Provide regular sales reports to management on potential revenue and project opportunities</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up with clients and consultants</li></ul>4. Proposal Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the Design Team and QS Department to prepare project proposals</li><li>Ensure proposals are submitted within agreed timelines</li><li>Review project scope, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning with management</li></ul>5. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients</li><li>Represent RVI professionally during client meetings and industry events</li><li>Maintain long-term relationships that lead to repeat projects and referrals</li></ul>6. Junior Accountant cum Purchase OfficerJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Accountant cum Purchase Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support the finance and procurement functions. The role involves assisting in daily accounting operations, handling basic purchasing activities, and ensuring accurate financial records and proper documentation.Reporting To:Senior Accountant / Finance ManagerKey Responsibilities: Accounting Duties:<ul><li>Assist the Senior Accountant / Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting operations</li><li>Perform data entry and bookkeeping with high accuracy</li><li>Prepare invoices, payments, and employee expense claims</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts</li><li>Assist in VAT return preparation and filing</li><li>Assist in WPS processing, payroll, and payslips</li><li>Perform petty cash reconciliation with proper documentation</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records</li></ul>Purchase / Procurement Duties:<ul><li>Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) as per company procedures</li><li>Source quotations from suppliers and compare pricing</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for delivery and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain supplier records and purchase documentation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements</li><li>Ensure cost-effective purchasing and basic negotiation with vendors</li><li>Maintain track for PO issued and payments</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (accounting + basic procurement preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of VAT regulations in Oman</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP, Odoo is a plus)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently in Oman?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>Do you have a valid Oman driving license?</li><li>Expected salary (OMR)?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
