About the CompanyReal Visions Interiors (RVI) is a design-led interior fit-out company delivering high-end residential, corporate, and hospitality projects.We operate with a strong focus on quality, precision, and seamless execution, ensuring every design is built exactly as intended.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Shop Drawing Draftsman with strong expertise in joinery detailing.This role is critical to our execution team &mdash; you will be responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready shop drawings that ensure smooth coordination between design, factory, and site.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings (wardrobes, kitchens, wall paneling, custom furniture, etc.)</li><li>Develop plans, elevations, and detailed sections with full technical clarity</li><li>Ensure drawings are production-ready and aligned with site conditions</li><li>Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for execution accuracy</li><li>Incorporate site measurements, client comments, and consultant feedback</li><li>Support site team with drawing clarifications during installation</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings upon completion</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company</li><li>Strong, proven experience in joinery shop drawings (mandatory)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D)</li><li>Good knowledge of:</li><li>Joinery construction methods</li><li>Materials (MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, etc.)</li><li>Hardware and fittings</li><li>Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications</li><li>Strong coordination skills with site and project teams</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Detail-oriented and technically strong</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong understanding of buildability, not just drafting</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with ownership</li></ul>ImportantThis is not a drafting-only role.We are looking for someone who understands how things are built on site and in the factory.How to ApplySend your CV and sample shop drawings to: careers@rvi.designJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
