Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Instructional Designer to overseethe design, development, and implementation of innovative learning programsacross multiple fields, including artificial intelligence, business communications, dataanalysis, and career development. The Instructional Designer will collaboratewith Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and instructional teams to createlearner-centric, effective, and engaging instructional materials tailored to diverseadult learners. This role will focus on ensuring the instructional design aligns with theprogram objectives, enhances learning outcomes, and integrates cutting-edgeeducational technologies and methodologies.Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum and Instructional Design:o design and development of blended learning experiences,including instructor-led, eLearning, and microlearning modules.o Collaborate with SMEs to align content with program objectives,ensuring practical application and engaging learningexperiences.o Develop learner-centric materials and resources, including lessonplans, multimedia content, assessments, and instructionalguides.o Design interactive, scenario-based learning experiences that facilitatethe application of knowledge and real-world practice.o Ensure alignment of instructional materials with adult learningprinciples and Bloom&rsquo;s higher-order thinking framework.2. Team Collaboration:o Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program managers,SMEs, and subject-matter experts, to ensure the instructional designaligns with organizational goals and learner needs.o Act as a bridge between the instructional team and technical teams(e.g., learning management systems, multimedia production) to ensuresmooth project delivery.3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:o Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of instructional materialsby performing regular reviews, revisions, and updates.o Analyze and review learner feedback, assessments, and evaluations tocontinuously improve instructional design and effectiveness.o Maintain a focus on building a scalable and adaptable curriculum thatmeets diverse learner needs, from beginners to advancedprofessionals.4. Learning Strategy and Innovation:o design and implementation of innovative learning strategies,leveraging technology tools, gamification, and interactive elements toengage learners.o Stay current with trends in instructional design, educationaltechnologies, and emerging learning methodologies to drive continuousimprovement in course offerings.o Design for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all materials are usableby learners with diverse needs.5.
