The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities : <ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners</li><li>Drive site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, site promotions, and branding activities</li><li>Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and MIS tracking</li><li>Oversee CRM usage to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer engagement</li><li>Handle escalations, customer concerns, and post-sales coordination when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and legal documentation processes</li><li>Participate in project planning meetings to provide sales insights and demand forecasts</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies :<ul><li>Strong leadership and team-management skills</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities</li><li>In-depth knowledge of real estate sales cycles, documentation, and RERA compliance</li><li>Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage enterprise-level clients</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office</li><li>Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach</li></ul>Speak with Employer+91 6379880669seetha.deepakumar@realiti.ioJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
