Every patient gets one clinician and one full hour &mdash; no double-booking, no rushing. You&rsquo;ll actually get to do the work you were trained to do.Our clinical approach is built on a deep understanding of how muscles function in relationship to one another &mdash; and how that understanding changes everything downstream: where and why we apply manual therapy, which modalities we use, and how we design each patient&rsquo;s exercise progression. It&rsquo;s a framework that produces outcomes in patients who haven&rsquo;t found relief elsewhere, and it&rsquo;s one of the more distinctive approaches being practiced anywhere right now.We&rsquo;re not a high-volume clinic chasing productivity numbers. We&rsquo;re a small team doing careful, thoughtful work &mdash; and building something we believe has real implications for how physical therapy is practiced and taught.We also understand that life doesn&rsquo;t pause for work. When something important comes up &mdash; a family event, a personal commitment, a moment that matters &mdash; we support each other to make it work.THE POSITIONDay-to-Day Structure<ul><li>30&ndash;32 hours of 1:1 patient care per week &mdash; primarily 60-minute sessions</li><li>8&ndash;10 hours of protected time built into your 40-hour week for mentorship, education, case review, and notes &mdash; not added on top of patient care</li><li>4 or 5-day work week based on your preference</li><li>AI-assisted charting &mdash; documentation is fast, and evenings are yours</li><li>Weekly team meetings to discuss cases and work through clinical questions together</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Evaluate and treat patients using the Neural Fascial Systems framework, with full training and mentorship provided</li><li>Apply manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and movement-based programming to create individualized care plans</li><li>Communicate clearly with patients about their condition and their path forward</li><li>Participate in case reviews, co-treatments, and ongoing clinical development</li><li>Contribute your own background &mdash; especially in exercise and movement &mdash; to enrich patient programming</li></ul>A Note for Exercise-Focused CliniciansIf your background includes exercise science, strength and conditioning, or sports performance, there is a specific opportunity here to design unique programming that extends patient outcomes beyond the treatment room. Those skills translate directly into better results for patients and are reflected in your compensation.COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITSThis position starts at $85,000 for new graduates and reaches $120,000 or more for experienced clinicians &mdash; with earnings that continue to grow as your clinical impact does.
