Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office.About Us:For over a century, The REALTORS&reg; Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) has served the local real estate community, empowering members and promoting homeownership. The South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS) provides access to the most comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date database of properties for sale in South Central Wisconsin.Duties<ul><li>Provide executive administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.</li><li>Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Maintain office management functions such as organizing files, managing supplies, and overseeing office equipment.</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.</li><li>Transcribe meeting notes and other documents as required, ensuring all information is captured accurately.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an executive support capacity.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and capable of learning new tools quickly.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>A commitment to providing high-quality administrative support while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.</li></ul>We encourage candidates who meet these qualifications to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success as an Executive Administrative Assistant.Candidates who hold an active Real Estate License should note the following: As employees have access to private client information of members, it is prohibited for an employee to hold an active Real Estate license.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.53 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Madison, WI 53703: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
