Description:The Service Center Manager is responsible for managing machine assembly operations and supervising technical development activities to ensure the production of high-quality printing machines. Key Responsibilities:- Plan and supervise machine assembly processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.- Lead research and development activities to create innovative products that meet customer requirements.- Develop machines capable of producing high-quality X-ray films.- Test prototypes and analyze results to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Prepare periodic performance reports for the R&amp;D team and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and apply them to development activities.- Supervise technicians in the assembly department, assign tasks, and follow up on progress.Required Skills:- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial assembly and R&amp;D.- Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering.- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.- Strong knowledge of scientific research and industrial development principles.- Familiarity with production and quality processes.- Creative thinking and ability to provide practical solutions to technical problems.Job Type: Full-time
