Production CoordinatorSalary Range: $55,000&ndash;$70,000/yearIn-person | 3 West 35th Street, New York CityJob Type: Full-time | On-site | Fast-paced, creative environmentAbout the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for a Production &amp; Development Coordinator to support our design and production teams in bringing collections to life &mdash; from first sample to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming creative ideas into finished garments.You&rsquo;ll assist with sample development, vendor coordination, costing, and production tracking while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the production process.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Support production and development from concept to delivery</li><li>Send tech packs and sample requests to factories</li><li>Help with sourcing, costing, and vendor communication</li><li>Maintain and update weekly WIP reports to track progress</li><li>Manage styles and data in ERP systems</li><li>Communicate sample comments and revisions with factories</li><li>Coordinate salesperson samples, POs, trims, and materials</li><li>Track timelines and deadlines across the T&amp;A calendar</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in fashion production or development</li><li>Experience in menswear or streetwear a plus</li><li>Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel</li><li>Experience with Fashion ERP systems (major plus)</li><li>Familiarity with Brandboom (a plus)</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks:<ul><li>401(k) + Matching</li><li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Employee Discounts</li><li>Flexible Spending &amp; Health Savings Accounts</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Retirement Plan</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
