What Youll Do
As an Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in the success of your store by:<ul><li>
Leading &amp; Supporting: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed. Supervise, train, and support team members to keep everything running smoothly.</li><li>
Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Build positive relationships with regular guests.</li><li>
Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.</li><li>
Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.</li></ul> 
What Were Looking For
Were searching for team players who are ready to step up and lead.<ul><li>
Experience: 24 years in a supervisory or customer service role.</li><li>
Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.</li><li>
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>
Mobility: Valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.</li></ul>
