We have part-time and full-time positions available! 


Starting January 1, 2025, as part of our team:

$100 90-day sign on bonus, after a full 90 days of employment

$500 sign-on bonus after 6 months of employment,

$500 retention bonus, paid after 1 year 


What you will be doing:

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) or cashier, is key to our team, providing personable service, assisting with day to day operations, and monitoring so that our stores remain safe and customer-ready. This position reports directly to the Store Manager and must follow company policies for an organized, clean, and welcoming environment.

Make Customers Smile: Greet, assist, and handle purchases with a positive vibe&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be the reason they come back!</li><li>
Know Your Stuff: Stay up to date on store promotions and product info to help customers find what they need.</li><li>
Master the Register: Efficiently operate cash registers and point-of-sale equipment while following proper procedures.</li><li>
Keep Things Tidy: Clean and organize the store, restrooms, and outdoor areas (yes, even snow and ice removal in the winter).</li><li>
Handle the Food: Operate, clean, and maintain food service equipment to keep everything fresh and safe.</li><li>
Stock Like a Pro: Restock shelves, manage coolers/freezers, rotate products, and ensure everything&rsquo;s in its place.</li><li>
Follow the Rules: Stick to safety and security policies, manage age-restricted sales, and keep an eye out for anything suspicious.</li><li>
Be a Team Player: Train new hires, handle paperwork, and pitch in wherever you&rsquo;re needed.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>

A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do the work.</li><li>
The ability to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.\</li><li>
Must be at least 19 years old to sell tobacco or 21 to sell alcohol.</li><li>
High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>
Must be able to speak, read and write in English</li><li>
Must be able to add and subtract basic math problems.</li></ul>

Physical Abilities:
<ul><li>
Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.</li><li>
Must be able to lift 25lbs, and bend or reach as needed.</li><li>
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including cold temperatures in coolers/freezers and assist with snow removal.</li></ul>

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is essential to our team, providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily store operations, and ensuring that our stores remain safe and customer-friendly. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, and follow company policies to ensure an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner; handle customer inquiries, complaints, and purchases with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store promotions and product information to provide customers with helpful recommendations.</li><li>
Transaction Handling: Efficiently operate cash registers, electronic safes, and other point-of-sale equipment while following cash handling procedures.</li><li>
Store Maintenance: Clean and organize the store, restrooms, and outdoor areas, including snow and ice removal in winter months, as needed.</li><li>
Food Service: Operate, clean, and maintain food service equipment and ensure product safety and freshness.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Restock and organize shelves, manage the walk-in cooler/freezer, rotate merchandise using FIFO methods, and verify product codes.</li><li>
Security Compliance: Adhere to safety and security policies to prevent theft, ensure age-restricted sales compliance, and report suspicious activity.</li><li>
Additional Duties: Support in training new team members, complete necessary paperwork and logs, and handle all other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>
Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Fluent in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.</li><li>
Physical Abilities:
<ul><li>Stand/walk for up to 8 hours.</li><li>
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds, push/pull up to 20 pounds, and bend or reach as needed.</li><li>
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including cold temperatures in coolers/freezers and snow removal.</li></ul>
