You&rsquo;ll balance big-picture design direction with hands-on UI/UX craft. You&rsquo;ll create surprise and delight through bold design and engaging UI interactions.</p>

Job Responsibilities</b></h2><br>
<ul><li>
<p>
Design beautiful and functional websites in Figma for a variety of clients across many industries.</p></li><li><div><br>
Mentor, train, and grow a team of designers &mdash; fostering curiosity, accountability, and rebellious creativity.</div></li><li><div><br>
Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Developers to bring websites and digital experiences to life.</div></li><li><div><br>
Ensure that websites follow best practices for accessibility.</div></li><li><div><br>
Present work confidently to clients, championing bold ideas and smart design rationale.</div></li><li><div><br>
Push creative boundaries while ensuring work remains purposeful and on-brand.</div></li><li><p><br>
Help shape and evolve Rebellion Group&rsquo;s design standards, processes, and culture.</p></li></ul><br>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Job Requirements</b></h2><br>
<ul><li>
<p>
Minimum of 4&ndash;8 years of professional design experience.</p></li><li><p><br>
Proven experience in concepting and executing ad/marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.</p></li><li><p><br>
Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable). Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.</p></li><li><p><br>
Knowledge of Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, and/or other web design software is a huge plus.</p></li><li><p><br>
Strong background in UI/UX and web design, including working knowledge of responsive design best practices.</p></li><li><p><br>
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, especially with clients.</p></li><li><p><br>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.</p></li><li><p><br>
Deep passion for brand identity, typography, and design systems.</p></li><li><p><br>
Semi-hybrid work schedule requiring 3&ndash;5 days per week in the Cheshire office, with one of those days being Wednesday.</p></li><li><p><br>
