What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Support facility leadership with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, maintaining files, and typing correspondence</li>
<li>Track records and maintain databases to ensure accurate information</li>
<li>Take, transcribe, and maintain meeting minutes, agendas, and other important documentation</li>
<li>Keep calendars updated and schedule appointments for leadership team members</li>
<li>Receive, sort, and route mail and correspondence efficiently</li>
<li>Assist with office supply management, event coordination, and other administrative duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
Education
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (required)</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul><li>Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience (required)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)</li>
</ul>
Licenses/Certifications
<ul><li>Completion of client-mandated certifications and/or training (required)</li>
</ul>
