We&rsquo;re growing fast and looking for a Performance Manager who knows Fixed Ops, loves building relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact. 
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-support environment and knows how to turn client engagement into retention, growth, and long-term value. 
What you&rsquo;ll do: 
Manage and grow an assigned book of business, build strong client relationships, drive referrals and upsells, and help dealerships get the most out of Recall Masters&rsquo; solutions. You&rsquo;ll be a trusted advisor to your clients and a key driver of retention and performance. 

What you bring:
<ul>
<li>Fixed Ops experience required</li>
<li>5+ years in a B2B client-facing role</li>
<li>Strong consultative, relationship-building, and communication skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to retain, grow, and support client accounts</li>
<li>Salesforce experience is a plus</li> 
</ul>
