About the RoleThe Finance Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing accurate records, assisting with budgeting and payroll, and ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a blend of technical accounting proficiency and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external auditors.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management &amp; Reporting&middot; Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and financial statements.&middot; Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, ensuring 100% transparency and accuracy.&middot; Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of organizational budgets. analyze current trends to forecast future financial performance.&middot; Expense Management: Track and manage company expenses, including the review of expense reports and processing of employee reimbursements.Payroll &amp; Compliance&middot; Payroll Processing: Assist in the end-to-end payroll process, including calculating wages, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulators and labor laws.&middot; Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation, providing explanations, and offering full support to auditors.&middot; Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant accounting standards, government regulations, and internal company policies.Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management&middot; Verbal Communication: Articulate financial concepts, reports, and data clearly and concisely during meetings, presentations, and internal discussions.&middot; Written Communication: Draft emails, memos, reports, and other correspondence with a high degree of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.&middot; Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving financial issues, and maintaining a helpful, positive attitude.&middot; Presentations: Confident presentation of financial information using visual aids and presentation software to persuasive effect when necessary.Top of FormRequired Qualifications &amp; ExperienceTechnical Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting.&middot; Software Proficiency:o Experience using standard Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or ERP systems).o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques to analyze financial data effectively.&middot; Document Management: Ability to systematically organize and maintain financial records, documents, and files for easy retrieval and reference.Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Team Management: Proven ability to manage or coordinate within a team structure effectively.</li><li>Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new skills, adapt to changing priorities or procedures, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving work environment.</li><li>Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From QAR2,800.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>relevant finance: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>

Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities&sect; Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using .NET Core.&sect; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions.&sect; Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.&sect; Implement authentication, authorization, and secure communication in APIs.&sect; Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.&sect; Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.&sect; Work with SQL Server databases for data modeling, queries, and optimization.&sect; Deploy and manage applications in Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).Required Skills &amp; Qualificationsv Masters/bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.v 2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in .NET Core API development.v Solid understanding of C#, OOP principles, and design patterns.v Experience with Entity Framework Core and database interactions.v Familiarity with version control systems (Git).v Good knowledge of RESTful API design principles.v Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred Skills&middot; Experience working with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes, Storage, etc.).&middot; Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server / relational database design &amp; optimization.&middot; Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.&middot; Understanding microservice architecture.&middot; Knowledge of Docker.&middot; Self Service Machine system developmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From QAR6,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Doha (Preferred)</li></ul>
