About the RoleThe Senior Full Stack Mobile Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications and backend services. You will lead end-to-end mobile app development &mdash; from UI/UX implementation and API integration to cloud deployment and production support &mdash; within a fast-paced FinTech / Digital Payments environment.This role requires strong technical expertise in Flutter, React Native, Android/iOS development, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and database management, combined with a deep commitment to security, compliance, and user-centered design.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Development&middot; Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native&middot; Implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible mobile UIs following modern UI/UX principles and design systems&middot; Develop and maintain native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) modules as needed&middot; Optimize mobile application performance, startup time, and memory usage across device types and OS versionsBackend &amp; API Development&middot; Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices for mobile front-end consumption&middot; Design and manage scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures&middot; Handle asynchronous operations, data caching, and efficient API communication patternsSecurity &amp; Authentication&middot; Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms:o OAuth 2.0o JWT (JSON Web Tokens)o Single Sign-On (SSO)o Biometric Authentication (fingerprint, face ID)&middot; Enforce secure coding practices aligned with PCI-DSS and banking security standardsThird-Party Integrations&middot; Integrate essential third-party services including:o Payment Gatewayso SMS/OTP Serviceso Push Notifications (Firebase, APNs)o Identity Verification &amp; Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms)&middot; Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflowsTesting, Quality &amp; Deployment&middot; Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing to ensure application reliability&middot; Conduct performance tuning, memory profiling, and load testing&middot; Participate in UAT/SIT environments for release management and defect resolution&middot; Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution supportCollaboration &amp; Leadership&middot; Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders&middot; Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices&middot; Mentor junior developers, guide technical decision-making, and contribute to team growth&middot; Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API references, and architectural guidelines&middot; Stay current with mobile development trends, FinTech innovations, and platform updatesRequired Qualifications &amp; ExperienceEducation &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)&middot; 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack mobile application development&middot; Proven experience building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or React Native&middot; Strong portfolio of end-to-end mobile applications delivered to productionTechnical Skills&middot; Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart and/or React Native/JavaScript/TypeScript&middot; Strong knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development&middot; Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming&middot; Solid experience with secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, Biometric)&middot; Experience integrating payment gateways, push notifications, and eKYC SDKs&middot; Strong database skills: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB&middot; Cloud deployment experience on Microsoft Azure&middot; Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices&middot; Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance, data encryption, and secure data storageProfessional Competencies&middot;
