RECITY

Role Overview: The Administrative Assistant at our Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Mathura will oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:
<ul><li>
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services. 
</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement guidelines.
</li><li>Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records.
</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies in orders or invoices.
</li><li>Track and monitor inventory levels; alert the team for replenishment as required.
</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and preparing procurement reports.
</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
</li><li>Assist in budget tracking and expense documentation related to procurement.
</li><li>Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory compliance.</li></ul>

Inventory Oversight:
<ul><li>Maintain records of stock and inventory at the MRF facility.
</li></ul>Safety and Compliance:
<ul><li>
Document and report any workplace accidents or safety incidents.
</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.
</li></ul>Collaboration:
<ul><li>
Work with HR and admin teams to streamline workforce management.
</li><li>Organize regular training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
</li><li>Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
</li></ul>Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, HR, or related field).

Experience: 1-2 years in administrative role.

Experience in worker management or facility operations is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
</li><li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
