Your responsibilities</b></h2>

Industrial Relations</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support company business plans &amp; objectives by providing timely &amp; accurate advice &amp; counsel on labor implication in accordance with labor laws, agreements with CBA and prevailing practice in the factory.</li>
<li>To interpret &amp; administer the union contract with respect to grievance, wages &amp; salaries, employee welfare, health care, pensions, union &amp; management practices &amp; other contractual stipulations.</li>
<li>Ensure that industrial peace is maintained with normal productivity &amp; discipline &amp; that labor laws are implemented to save the company for legal liabilities / consequences.</li>
<li>To ensure the adherence of disciplinary policy</li>
<li>To prepare information for management whenever a collective bargaining agreement is up for negotiation.</li>
<li>To ensure maintenance of proper records required to be maintained under various labor laws and its Audit.</li>
<li>Maintain good working relationship with concerned Govt. functionaries &amp; labour Directors / departments.</li>
<li>Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s).</li>
<li> Ensure compliance &amp; contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety &amp; Environmental corporate policy/procedures &amp; applicable legal requirements.</li>
<li>To supervise time &amp; attendance system and ensure its timely correctness for payroll input record.</li>
<li>Provide monthly payroll input, Head count, Overtime and accrual data for correct payroll and financial reporting</li>
<li>Periodic factories return submission &amp; Hygiene card update</li>
<li>Supervise regular meetings between CBA and Management</li>
<li>Ensure Compliance with Human Rights Standards: Monitor and enforce adherence to human rights principles. Coordinate and facilitate social audits to assess compliance with human rights and ethical labor standards.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Payroll and Funds
</b></p><ul><li>Supervising all payroll and funds related activities and their Audits</li>
<li>Supervise GSPP related activities</li>
<li>Preparing Plan and FC for establishment cost</li>
<li>Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll and funds audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li>
<li>Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of income tax, social security contributions, and other statutory deductions</li>

<li>Understanding and updates of the current labour laws and industrial trends</li>

<li>Minimum 8 years of experience handling CBA, dispute resolution, COD negotiations, disciplinary action proceeding, relevant labour department handling</li>
