The HR Data Analytics Specialist is responsible for providing accurate HR data analysis, reporting, and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, personnel cost management, and budget control across the organization. This role ensures data integrity, reporting consistency, and effective people analytics practices while acting as a key liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse HR data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.</li>
<li>Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for HR leadership and business stakeholders.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, hiring, internal mobility, diversity, and organizational changes.</li>
<li>Identify workforce trends, gaps, and risks through people data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Support HR budgeting processes through personnel cost analysis, workforce cost tracking, and headcount planning.</li>
<li>Monitor actual workforce costs versus budget and support forecasting and revision cycles.</li>
<li>Contribute to workforce planning processes by analysing vacancies, organizational needs, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Support payroll-related data validation, personnel cost reconciliation, and workforce cost analysis in collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams.</li>
<li>Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across HR systems and reports.</li>

<li>Ensure that production and documentation processes of solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.) are carried out in full compliance with GMP, Quality Management Systems, OHS, and environmental regulations,</li>

<li>Drive production performance by supporting OEE, quality, and cost improvement initiatives,</li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div>

Travel and Expense<br>
Ensure that Travel and expense reports are reviewed, audited, and approved in a timely and accurate manner consistent with Policy.<br>
<ul><li>Review the T&amp;E and AMEX analytics to ensure prompt payments and follow up on late Expense reports and elevate T&amp;E exceptions on a timely basis.</li><li>Supervise employee expense report management.</li><li>Administer the automobile expense reimbursement program (MOTUS) for field-based staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act reporting for payments to Health Care Providers.</li><li>Manage the data transfer processes between the external Systems and the general ledger and our internal budgeting system.</li><li>Liaise with external data/systems providers and ensure the data integrity between external and internal system feeds.</li><li>Oversee the American Express card program including review of payment aging and controls over new and cancelled accounts.</li><li>Perform monthly training for new hires on the Concur and Amex systems.</li></ul>
Purchase to Pay Support<br>

<li>Manage all engineering activities across the facility (maintenance, utilities, and technical operations) in compliance with GMP, labor law, environmental, and occupational safety regulations,</li>
<li>Plan and manage new equipment and facility investments, including commissioning and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ),</li>
<li>Develop maintenance strategies (preventive and predictive) to ensure production continuity,</li>
<li>Ensure efficient operation of energy, water, and utility systems,</li>
<li>Manage deviation, change control, and CAPA processes related to the Department,</li>
<li>Lead the engineering team, monitor performance, and support employee development,</li>
<li>Develop continuous improvement (Kaizen) and cost optimization projects ,</li>
<li>Plan, prioritize, and manage the annual CAPEX budget,</li>

<li>Preferably 5&ndash;10 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including technical maintenance &amp; repair management, energy management, facility management, machinery efficiency, technical improvements, and investment project management,</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes,</li>
<li>Experience in Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OHS), environmental management, and energy efficiency practices,</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems, facility management, HVAC systems, water systems (PW/WFI), pressure control, building and infrastructure systems,</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and coordinating technical teams,</li>
