Recorded Future is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Field Marketing Manager for East including Public Sector. In this role, you will drive pipeline growth and customer retention by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns exclusively for our targeted accounts. You will integrate advanced digital and data-driven strategies with a deep understanding of our products to ensure high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do:</h3>
<ul><li>Integrate with the sales, channel, and tech alliance teams, along with corporate marketing, to develop annual field marketing plans that support overall pipeline growth.</li>
<li>Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.</li>
<li>Work with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels to effectively reach and engage the market.</li>
<li>Plan, execute, and manage live field and partner events as part of the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to drive engagement and response rates.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaign ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li>Manage budgets and expenses in an organized manner to maximize marketing impact.</li>
<li>Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.</li>
<li>The majority of focus is dedicated to field marketing events (75%-80%) and in addition supporting and driving joint partner marketing activities (20-25%).</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Bring:</h3>
<ul><li>7+ years' experience in field and partner marketing initiatives; experience in the public sector and cybersecurity industry is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, multi-channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution.
</li><li>Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through strategic marketing programs.</li>
<li>Exceptional project management skills and the ability to align tactical plans with overarching business strategies.</li>
<li>Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools (including CRM and marketing automation platforms).</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% of the time.</li>
</ul>
The base salary range for this full-time position is $127,500-$191,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. The Senior Platform Engineer (Encryption &amp; Data Security) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evolution of platform capabilities that ensure secure data handling across the organization.

This role goes beyond implementation&mdash;driving technical direction, shaping best practices, and enabling development teams to build and operate secure systems by default. The focus includes encryption strategy, certificate lifecycle management, and data classification/labeling at scale.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h3>
<ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of secure infrastructure services supporting 30+ development teams.</li>
<li>Own and evolve end-to-end encryption strategies across:
<ul><li>Service-to-service communication</li>
<li>Data at rest</li>
<li>Data in transit</li>
</ul></li><li>Drive the design and adoption of automated certificate lifecycle management (including rotation and revocation).</li>
<li>Define and implement platform-wide approaches to data classification and labeling.</li>
<li>Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert in encryption and data security across the organization.</li>
<li>Build and maintain infrastructure as code using GitOps principles, setting standards for others to follow.</li>
<li>Guide and support teams in securely integrating with platform services and adopting best practices.</li>
<li>Lead incident response and complex troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.</li>
<li>Identify and drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and security across the platform.</li>
<li>Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy</li>
<li>Mentor other engineers and elevate engineering standards across the team.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotations and help evolve operational excellence practices</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You'll Bring</h3>
<ul><li>Deep expertise in TLS, PKI, certificate chains, and certificate lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of encryption fundamentals (symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, key management, rotation strategies).</li>
<li>Proven experience designing and operating secure systems at scale.</li>
<li>Strong experience in platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or similar roles.</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least one programming language and ability to write production-grade code.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps-based workflows.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, VPC, EKS, ALB/ELB, and Transit Gateway.</li>
<li>Strong Linux engineering skills, including networking, storage, and OS fundamentals.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of network security and experience with CDNs.</li>
<li>Experience working with at least one database, Elasticsearch or Mongodb preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with distributed systems and debugging complex production issues.</li>
<li>Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>Experience working within compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CMMC, FedRAMP).</li>
<li>Experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.</li>
<li>Familiarity with languages such as Go or Java.</li>
<li>Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.</li>
<li>Experience implementing or operating automated certificate rotation systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud security best practices and security architecture.</li>
<li>AWS certifications.</li>
</ul>
The base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000- $228,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
