 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Lead Designer who is passionate about shaping the future of enterprise software at the intersection of B2B platforms and AI-driven interfaces. This is a player-coach role where you will be both hands-on with design and responsible for establishing and scaling the design function. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, impactful experiences for the BFSI sector and beyond.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead design strategy and execution across enterprise products, with a strong focus on AI-driven interfaces, copilots, and process efficiency tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and scale the design function, processes, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and translate insights into design solutions for complex workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create UI/UX designs that are simple, elegant, and effective in enterprise contexts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design is embedded in product development from strategy through delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and grow a high-performing design team while remaining hands-on with critical projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with significant exposure to enterprise/B2B software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in BFSI sector and designing for complex workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated work with AI-based interfaces, copilots, or intelligent automation features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing ability to balance usability, business impact, and technical constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building and scaling design teams and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
 </li>

 Deeply analyze current/proposed business processes and client data to uncover crucial context, requirements, and potential gaps.

 Documentation &amp; Communication:
 
 Distill complex client context and requirements into clear, concise documents and diagrams for both internal teams and the client.

 Solution Design &amp; Strategy:
 
 Work closely with the Technical Architect and Product Development teams, providing critical input on business requirements to shape the detailed solution design.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Presentation &amp; Validation:
 
 Present both captured requirements and new solution features back to the customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 QA &amp; Process Improvement:
 
 Perform an essential degree of QA/review for new product releases and contribute to company-wide process improvements.

 Sales &amp; Marketing Support:
 
 Assist the Sales team in customer discussions, contribute to RFPs/proposals, and provide input for marketing material.
 </li>

 Reusability Focus:

 What You'll Bring (Your Experience)

 Experience:
 
 
 5-10 years
 
 of proven industry experience as a Business Analyst in building
 
 Capital Markets solutions
 
 that process financial instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Financial Acumen:
 
 A strong understanding of financial application practices and knowledge of typical business flows in one or more asset types (
 
 equities, fixed income, FX, listed future and option, OTC derivatives
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical &amp; Analytical Skills:
 
 The ability to
 
 translate business concepts into system requirements
 
 and perform detailed
 
 gap analysis
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Methodology:
 
 Proven experience following
 
 Agile Software Development
 
 practices.
 </li>

 Collaboration:
