Job Summary Join a large health organization offering a broad range of services to support individuals and families over nine counties. The outcome is to encourage and enhance independence and the well being of clients to impact a positive contribution to the community. The services offered are coordinated care, behavioral health, living and work assistance. The medical team uses a holistic approach to treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders across the lifespan.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments to diagnose mental health issues.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.</li><li>Prescribe medications and provide medication management.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.</li></ul>4 weeks vacation plus all holidays403B match, 100% vesting after year 2possible loan repaymentQualifications :<ul><li>Medical degree (MD or DO)</li><li>Must be B/C</li><li>Active New York License</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Hybrid position</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: From $275,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
