 Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive on-boarding and induction experience, aligning them with the organization's culture and work ethic.

 Process Improvement:
 
 Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Employee Experience:
 
 Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience, aiming to improve retention and motivation.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Employee Relations:
 
 Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership Support:
 
 Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.

 Innovation in People Initiatives:
 
 Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.

 Employee Pulse:
 
 Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Separation Formalities:
 
 Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.
 </li>

 Ideal Candidate Profile:
