Job Purpose</b></p><p>
The Video Production Intern plays a key role in supporting Red Aspen&rsquo;s Creative Team by producing short-form video content that showcases our brand, products, and community. This position provides hands-on experience in both video production and post-production, while contributing meaningful content for social media, the website, and events. The purpose of this role is to assist our Videographer with day-to-day projects, gain exposure to studio workflows, and strengthen the team&rsquo;s ability to consistently deliver engaging, on-brand video content.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Shoot and edit short videos (5-10 seconds), producing 1-3 videos per week for use across social media platforms and the company website.</li><li>
Support filming and editing for brand videos, product features, and event coverage, ensuring content aligns with creative direction and brand standards.</li><li>
Assist with studio setup including cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment, and help maintain an organized and efficient studio space.</li><li>
Assist in editing a variety of video content, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms.</li><li>
Work with the videographer and creative team to bring concepts to life through visual storytelling.</li><li>
Maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide hands-on support during shoots and post-production, taking on a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film and Television, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience shooting video with DSLR cameras, including basic knowledge of framing, composition, and camera settings.</li><li>
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar professional editing software).</li><li>
Strong interest in video production, storytelling, and digital media trends.</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment, take direction, and contribute ideas in a creative, fast-paced setting.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.</li></ul><p><i>
Preferred</i></p><ul><li>
Experience with DaVinci Resolve.</li><li>
Knowledge of audio production.</li><li>
Familiarity with studio lighting setups and techniques.</li><li>
Experience with animation tools or motion graphics to enhance video content.</li><li>
