Overview: Red Barn Media Group is a fast-growing marketing agency serving HVAC, plumbing, and roofing contractors across the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist who can design and develop clean, conversion-focused websites while implementing dynamic SEO strategies that drive measurable results for our clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement SEO best practices into site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, and content structure.</li><li>Develop dynamic SEO features (e.g., service-area pages, location-based SEO content, templated but unique landing pages).</li><li>Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.</li><li>Design and build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.</li><li>Collaborate with our marketing team to align design, UX, and SEO strategy.</li><li>Manage website updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure best SEO practices are maintained.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.</li><li>Strong understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO.</li><li>Experience building SEO-optimized landing pages for local businesses.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).</li><li>Ability to balance design creativity with lead-generation performance goals.</li><li>(Bonus) Experience with schema markup, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
