As a Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the operational backbone of the studio &mdash; managing timelines, budgets, resourcing, and client communications. You&rsquo;ll bridge the gap between our creative teams and clients, ensuring smooth workflows, clear expectations, and outstanding final results. You are equally comfortable in a creative brainstorm and a project status meeting, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find smart, pragmatic solutions.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><br>

Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of design projects &mdash; from briefing, planning, and execution to delivery and post-launch review.</li><li>
Planning &amp; Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.</li><li>
Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients; manage expectations, feedback loops, and approvals.</li><li>
Budget Oversight: Prepare and track budgets, estimates, and invoices; proactively manage changes in scope.</li><li>
Resourcing: Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to assign resources effectively.</li><li>
Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery quality and momentum.</li><li>
Process Improvement: Help refine studio workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and creative collaboration.</li><li>
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet the studio&rsquo;s standards of quality and creativity.</li><li>
Documentation: Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b></div><br>

7+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles within a creative agency, design studio, or digital product environment.</li><li>
Proven experience managing branding, UX/UI, digital, motion, or multidisciplinary design projects.</li><li>
Excellent understanding of creative workflows &mdash; from concept to execution.</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.</li><li>
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, Jira, or similar).</li><li>
Comfort working with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders across disciplines.</li><li>
Budget management and resource allocation experience.</li><li>
Ability to balance creativity and structure &mdash; keeping teams inspired while maintaining accountability.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
