Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your primary goal will be to support each child's developmental milestones through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective classroom management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our youngest learners while fostering their growth and curiosity from the very beginning.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.</li><li>Provide attentive infant care by feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring overall well-being throughout the day.</li><li>Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.</li><li>Monitor and document each child's progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs and developmental stages.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behaviors, and any concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to plan special activities and ensure consistent caregiving practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with infants in a daycare or early childhood education setting is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for infant care.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety at all times.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities.</li><li>Ability to engage children through nurturing interactions while maintaining a structured environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
