Location - Kalina, Work From OfficeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contract Management:</li><li>Draft, review, negotiate, and execute property-related documents including LOIs, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Leave &amp; License Agreements, and other legal instruments.</li><li>Handle service contracts and inter-company agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and commercial alignment.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure contracts that optimize operational cost-efficiency.</li><li>Extract and review legal documents using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools for due diligence purposes.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Regulatory Oversight:</li><li>Manage end-to-end compliance for 1000+ retail stores across India (Zudio and Westside), ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Monitor updates in real estate, retail, and labor regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.</li><li>Litigation Management:</li><li>Initiate and resolve litigations in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.</li><li>Assess and mitigate legal and financial risks associated with ongoing and potential disputes.</li><li>Intellectual Property (IP) Management:</li><li>Coordinate with departments and legal counsel for Trademark filings and IP protection.</li><li>Contribute to IP valuation and brand protection strategy.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</li><li>Liaise with internal departments including Finance, Operations, and Strategy for legal input on commercial decisions.</li><li>Support due diligence activities in collaboration with finance, audit, and business teams.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of contract law, property law, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Experience in retail, real estate, or corporate law preferred.</li><li>Proficient in managing large-scale compliance operations.</li><li>Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple legal assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution; LLM preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal, compliance, or in-house counsel roles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;65,000.00 - &#8377;85,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 7 years (Required)</li><li>ipo: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
