The role:
A Lead Data Engineer builds, maintains and supports our data warehouse, delivering data to the whole business in an easy, performant and readable format. They are the core engineers that empower the data behind our AI strategies and business decisions. They will work in a squad along side data scientists and AI engineers allowing for a whole picture on how the data is used. The ideal candidate will have Technical skills across SQL, Database Design (snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python.
What will you be doing:
Architect Data Warehouse
Own the architecture and flow of data into our data warehouse through collaboration with the squad, other squads and the wider business. Partner with the product manager to support and deliver a data warehouse that is performant, readable, easy to use and enables the business needs of other teams.
Design, Build and Maintain ELT Solutions
Design, build and maintain systems to consume data from other Internal RedCloud Systems and External Partners and/or Customers.
Deliver Data Insights
Work with colleagues through the business and directly with customers helping them to understand the data we have, build and refine models to help them deliver impact, carry out change or drive additional revenue through our customer base.
Resolve Bugs
Investigate and resolve bugs in our systems.
Handle production Outages / issues
Respond to production outages and issues in our systems.
Estimate Features / Bugs
Estimate features and bugs within estimation sessions alongside the team.
Refine feature requirements
Refine features delivered by product managers.
Carry out code reviews
Carry out code reviews / Pull-request reviews for other engineers, ensuring quality on code.
Keeping pace with Technology
As a senior member of the squad train and learn latest technologies adopted by RedCloud suggesting future libraries and patterns we should be looking at as a business.

Mentor Members of the Team

The role:
A Senior Software Engineer solves challenges and adds value for our customers through their skills in technology. They investigate and resolve issues in our systems in a timely fashion. As a senior engineer within the team they are expected to give guidance, mentoring and where necessary training to juniors and/or new members of the team acting as the voice of experience, whilst still being open to learning from others. The Senior Engineer exemplifies our company values and is a consistent high performer delivering value on the most complex areas on a daily basis. They understand the architecture of the systems and are able to work with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to define and document architecture for new areas of the system, aligning to RedCloud&rsquo;s architecture strategies. They are expected to keep their technical knowledge up to date in the RedCloud Sphere of platforms, tools and languages.

As a Data Scientist you will:
Design, develop, and deploy ML systems to solve real world problems and enhance business processes. Leverage cloud platforms to build, train, and scale ML models. Develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms, including Computer Vision techniques, LLMs and other GenAI models. Handle and analyze large amounts of data to train and validate machine learning and deep learning models. Ensure AI solutions are scalable and reliable through continuous iteration and optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Work with Product and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into efficient AI-driven products aligned with broader business goals. Keep up with the latest advancements in AI, research new techniques and implement them to enhance the performance and accuracy of solutions.
Experience we like to see:
o 3+ years of experience in Data Science.
o A deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP techniques, and AI model valuation metrics.
o Experience with libraries/frameworks like NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, Langchain, Streamlit, or Gradio, among others.
o Experience with cloud-based tools for production use (e.g., AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI).
o Knowledge of databases and data technologies, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and relational databases like SQL.
o Knowledge of Large Language Models, retrieval-augmented generation and generative AI is a nice to have.

The role:
We are seeking a skilled Front End Engineer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Red101 platform and related services. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and be able to conduct their own testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications and a strong understanding that our customers are the ultimate beneficiary of well built, scalable and working software.
