What You'll Do</b></h4>
<ul><li>Lead and develop a team of technical PMs to deliver high-impact, complex projects.</li>
<li>Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk management with confidence.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to shape strategy and improve processes.</li>
<li>Drive thought leadership through case studies and industry content.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h4>
<ul><li>6+ years in project management, including leadership experience.</li>
<li>PMP certification (Agile or Risk Management cert a plus).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of front-end/back-end development and CMS platforms.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership and client management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>This position is located in San Diego, CA, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Remote candidates in approved U.S. locations will be considered if they are a good fit, but must be comfortable working during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.</b></p>
