This hybrid role combines strong analytical skills in Google Analytics, GA4, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) analytics, and paid campaign tracking with hands-on marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning data into insights that drive smarter marketing decisions while also helping plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.Marketing Coordinator &ndash; Analytics Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and analyze performance across Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Develop custom dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, traffic, conversions, and ROI.</li><li>Provide insights on campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and attribution.</li><li>Set up and track UTM parameters, events, and conversion goals.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting and optimize tracking.</li></ul>Marketing Coordination Secondary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.</li><li>Support content, email, and social media teams with campaign setup and performance tracking.</li><li>Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.</li><li>Help coordinate external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or marketing coordination.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager</li><li>Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram campaigns)</li><li>Google Ads and SEO knowledge a plus</li><li>Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio).</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>HOW WE'RE DIFFERENTPlain and simple, it's our culture and drive for excellence.
